Details: Thoughts of a fortune teller’s house and the psychic revelations that would be revealed there struck me as something I wanted to paint. The dreamlike setting with an open door, the mirror which reflects an angel with a baby and the Tarot cards on the table all add to the mystery of psychic illusion.
